Prepare today for tomorrow’s career

Training and Specialization for Women in the South Muntenia Region!

Leaflet 1 cursuri_ADAF_fataHRS, together with their partners Association for Feminine Entrepreneurial Development (ADAF), The National Counsel for Combating Discrimination (CNCD) and DAVO STAR IMPEX announce the debut of a new integrated program designed to offer viable and efficient solutions to women seeking a job or who wish to increase their professional skills. The project is co-financed by the Social European Fund through the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013 and will be implemented in the South Muntenia region for a duration of 18 months.

Along with the conference presentation were detailed specific and instrumental objectives that will be used in the program “Prepare Today for a Career Tomorrow! Training and Specialization for Women in the South Muntenia Region!”. The agenda of the event included a presentation session with a technical and descriptive character, designed to lead to a more profound analysis of the definition of equal access to the labor market.

We were honored to have with us a part of exceptional women who have proven that a dream, a desire, and consistency can be the motor of a successful career.

“Prepare Today for a Career Tomorrow!” represents “not only the generic name of this initiative, but also an urging that we address for the consolidation of the principle of equal access to the labor market with the purpose of increasing employment opportunities of women and people in vulnerable groups,” declared Mr. Stéphane Meuret, HRS Managing Director.

Through its structure, this project will facilitate the participation of 540 beneficiaries, the majority of which are residents in the South Muntenia region in authorized qualification and requalification, and specialization programs. Courses will be run by accredited trainers and will have as a final goal the development of abilities and knowledge necessary for obtaining and keeping a job. Thus, the project offers a chance to those who wish to qualify in fields such as: commercial worker, hotel worker, babysitter, confectioner—textile article assembly. For those who end up developing their own business, there will be available specialization courses in the entrepreneurial field as well as post-institution consulting programs. Also, there will be organized specialization courses in public acquisitions and accounting.

Participation will be free for any of the forms of preparation. The registration procedure will be publicly announced for each course in turn. The courses will take place in the counties of Arges, Calarasi, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Prahova and Teleorman

Preparation programs will be completed through the implementation of a series of information campaigns, designed to attract attention to equality of opportunities, chances, and treatment. This approach has as its goal the consolidation of the principle of equal access to occupations and to professional careers with the big picture of creating an inclusive labor market.
