Proposing to come in response of those who need support in regards to the identification, accessing, and keeping a job, HRS, in partnership with Service Association APEL, concluded with The County Agency for Workforce Occupation a series of Collaboration Protocols, as part of the project co-financed by The Social European Fund through Sectoral Operational Program Human Resource Development 2007-2013 Invest in People—Access for All, on a More Inclusive Labor Market.

Through their involvement, The County Agencies for Workforce Occupation—one of the most relevant actors in the integration of people who are part of vulnerable groups into the labor market—will facilitate the access of the two implementers to the reality of the labor market, at local level, so that they can be permanently in contact with the real situation in those nine counties of interest in the implementation of the project (Ialomita, Dambovita, Calarasi, Giurgiu, Teleorman, Arges, Prahova, Ilfov, Bucuresti).

HRS and The Association “APEL Service” thanks the representatives of all institutions that have demonstrated openness, interest and dedication in reaching the goal of supporting all those who need support regarding their socio-professional inclusion, as well as those who seek leverage regarding offers support services, consultation, training and information regarding full access into the labor market, which implicitly represents social integration.

The most important aspect thatwe noticed in the manner of approaching the representatives of the aforementioned institutions was that of trying to support the formation of a society that is equal and inclusive in respect to diversity.
